Your Responsibilities

  • Medical leadership within the Department of Surgery
  • Performance and supervision of operative surgical procedures
  • Comprehensive care of surgical patients in diagnostics, operations, and postoperative follow-up
  • Training and mentoring of resident doctors
  • Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions and on-call duties
  • Contribution to quality assurance and continuous clinical improvement

Your Profile

  • Recognition as a Specialist (m/f/d) in Surgery
  • Several years of clinical experience, ideally in a consultant role
  • Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and empathy
  • Excellent German language proficiency (C1 or higher)
  • Flexible working models available, including full-time, part-time, contractor, temporary, intern, volunteer, per diem, or individually arranged
