Since 2022
With a combined 25 years of industry experience, HR digi. GmbH was founded in 2022 by two close friends, Hakan Evranli and Fatih Kabakci, with a clear mission: to connect qualified doctors with clinics across Germany. From day one, we’ve believed that true progress happens when you become part of the solution. That’s why we work every day to support both doctors and clinics—not just by matching the right talent to the right place but by offering guidance throughout the entire relocation process.
Supporting Medical Careers Across Borders
With years of hands-on experience, we focus on recruiting medical professionals from EU/non-EU countries and helping them start a new chapter in Germany. At the same time, we support German clinics facing a shortage of skilled doctors by ensuring a smooth and sustainable integration of international medical staff.
