Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the Department of Surgery
  • Strategic and professional leadership and further development of the department
  • Performance and supervision of complex and highly specialized surgical procedures
  • Leadership, motivation, and professional development of the medical team
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with other medical departments
  • Budget responsibility, quality management, and process optimization
  • Participation in chief physician on-call duties

Your Profile

  • Recognition as a Specialist (m/f/d) in Surgery
  • Several years of experience in a senior consultant or leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management competence
  • Decision-making ability, empathy, and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent German language skills (C1 or higher)
  • Flexible working models available, including full-time, part-time, contractor, temporary, intern, volunteer, per diem, or individually arranged
