Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the Gastroenterology Department
  • Strategic and professional leadership and further development of the medical division
  • Performance and supervision of highly specialized endoscopic procedures
  • Leadership, motivation, and training of the medical team
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with all relevant departments
  • Recognition as a Specialist (m/f/d) in Gastroenterology
  • Responsibility for budget, quality assurance, and process optimization
  • Participation in chief physician on-call duties

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in a senior consultant or leadership role
  • Proven leadership and management competence
  • Decision-making ability, responsibility, and empathy
  • Excellent German language proficiency (C1 or higher)
  • Flexible working models available: full-time, part-time, contractor, temporary, intern, volunteer, per diem, or individually arranged
