Are you an experienced Senior Physician (f/m/d) in Internal Medicine and wish to take on more responsibility? For our partner clinics in Germany, we are seeking a Leading Senior Physician (f/m/d) in Internal Medicine for a direct and permanent position, available at the earliest possible start date.

Your Responsibilities

  • Medical and organizational leadership of the Internal Medicine department
  • Supervision of senior and resident physicians
  • Contribution to the design and further development of departmental structures
  • Participation in senior and head physician background (on-call) duties
  • Responsibility for process optimization and quality assurance

Your Profile

  • Board certification as a Specialist (f/m/d) in Internal Medicine
  • Several years of experience as a Senior Physician (f/m/d)
  • Strong leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, and team capability
  • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Very good command of the German language
