Are you an experienced Leading Senior Physician (f/m/d) in Neurosurgery and want to take your career to the top? For our partner clinics throughout Germany, we are seeking a qualified individual for the position of Head Physician (f/m/d) in Neurosurgery on a direct, permanent employment contract.

This position offers you the opportunity to strategically develop and sustainably shape a neurosurgery department.

Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the Neurosurgery department
  • Strategic and professional leadership of the clinical department
  • Performance and supervision of highly specialized operations
  • Leadership, motivation, and continuing education of the medical team
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist departments
  • Responsibility for budget, quality assurance, and process optimization
  • Participation in head physician background (on-call) duties

Your Profile

  • Board certification as a Specialist (f/m/d) in Neurosurgery
  • Several years of experience in a senior or leading physician role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Decisiveness, a sense of responsibility, and empathy
  • Very good command of the German language
