This position offers you the opportunity to strategically shape and leave a lasting impact on a hematology department.

Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the Hematology department
  • Strategic and professional leadership, as well as the further development of the clinical department
  • Performance and supervision of highly specialized therapies
  • Leadership, motivation, and continuing education of the medical team
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist departments
  • Responsibility for budget, quality assurance, and process optimization
  • Participation in head physician background (on-call) duties

Your Profile

  • Board certification as a Specialist (f/m/d) in Hematology
  • Several years of experience in a senior or leading physician role
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Decisiveness, a sense of responsibility, and empathy
  • Very good command of the German language
